So Jen and I have had this crazy week. We were contacted by the Natural Living Expo last weekend about being a vendor this weekend for their yearly show. Wow! We thought they were full so we were super excited to be apart of it. After speaking with the director and trying to establish a way for us to use each other for marketing and work together for this expo. Long story short, the expo asked us to be on Liz Live on Tuesday morning (see it on our website) and now are hoping to speak with Ken and Colleen tomorrow morning on Star 102.5. Jen and I are excited that we will be presenting a gift basket to Colleen to help her start out a certified organic mom.
Tonight we met up with all the vendors at Big City Burgers & Greens for dinner and networking. We were happy to find a printing company that has "green" ink. We got to see Michele Beschen and the wonderful individuals that put on this nice show.
Jen and I will be setting up tomorrow searching for local vendors that can team up with us to supply moms everything needed to run a simple sustainable organic home. We're excited to learn and find more information. The purpose of this blog is to supply you with any information you need to know. We believe that to many consumers are uninformed.
The Natural Living Expo is this weekend at the Polk County Convention Center. It runs from 10-5pm on Saturday and Sunday 11-4pm and the stage is jam packed. They are also hosting lots of classes including "green" alternatives for things you put into your home to cleaning and eating healthy with organics. They even have laughing yoga - which I hear is interesting; and how to use herbs for everyday use. This is a good one. The herbs are where the flavor is. It all sounds fun to me and who doesn't need some time away to go feel better. I guarantee you this will be rejuvinating. Organic herbs, soaps, candles, snacks, drinks, food, clothes.....that's just what we're bringing. I can only imagine the other goodies. Oh, just a tip...organics last so much longer, they are so much better quality, and since it's an expo, there's bound to be sales!
Jen and I are super excited for our NEW item. This will be a great addition. STEAZ Sparkling Tea - 4 different flavors including raspberry, blueberry pomegranate, orange and it's really late so I can't remember but come see us and try a bottle. It has the fiz of pop, no sugar, 10mg sodium, ZERO calories and is soooooooo yummy! We will also be giving a code for a free gift off the website.
